Community Living BC (CLBC) referred individuals receive assistance to meet their needs in order to live safe, secure and healthy lives, according to their hopes, dreams and self-determination.

The program provides individuals with vital community connections and opportunities to bring about solutions for personal independence motivated by success.

Service is based on the individual taking a lead role in the planning of supports and services to met their need, and in making key decisions about the services and supports they receive.

Community Support Coordination provides a flexible model of support services based on contractual limits defined by Community Living BC.

Eligibility
Adults with developmental disabilities are eligible for service. Individuals must be referred by Community Living BC.
